Screen printing is still the best way to put a design on a large run of shirts. Ink is pushed through a mesh screen directly into the fabric, one screen per color, which produces a print that is bright, opaque and genuinely durable. A properly cured screen print outlasts the shirt it is on. It does not crack after a season of practice, and it does not peel off in the wash.
That durability is why coaches, principals and shop owners keep coming back to us. We have printed for youth leagues, church groups, crawfish boils, family reunions, plant contractors and campaigns since the eighties, and a lot of the people ordering team shirts today wore ours when they were kids.

Garments and print options
We print on t-shirts, long sleeves, hoodies, crewnecks, polos, tanks, jerseys, hats and tote bags, in youth through extended adult sizes. We will walk you through blank options honestly: a heavyweight cotton tee holds a bold print and takes abuse, while a lighter tri-blend feels better in a Louisiana August. For jobs with photographic detail or a dozen colors, we may recommend DTF transfers instead, since that process does not charge you per color.

How the process works
Call or come by with your idea, quantity and rough deadline. We quote it free within 24 hours. Once you approve the price, we send a digital proof showing exactly how the design sits on the garment, including print size and placement. Nothing goes on press until you sign off on that proof, which is how we avoid the classic disaster of 200 shirts with a misspelled last name.
Frequently asked questions
Is there a minimum order?
Screen printing is priced around setting up screens, so it gets more economical the more shirts you order. We do handle small runs, and for a handful of shirts we will often steer you to DTF transfers, which have no screen setup and no per-color charge.
How long does an order take?
Most standard orders run about one to two weeks from proof approval, depending on quantity and garment availability. Tell us your event date up front. If it is tight, say so and we will tell you honestly whether we can hit it.
What artwork do you need from me?
Vector art such as AI, EPS, PDF or SVG is ideal. A high-resolution PNG usually works too. If all you have is a photo of an old shirt or a rough sketch, bring it in and we will redraw it.
Can you print on shirts I already bought?
Sometimes, but talk to us first. Customer-supplied garments carry real risk, since an unknown blend can react badly to ink or cure temperature and we cannot replace a shirt we did not sell. Usually we can beat the price you paid anyway.
